Fulbright Scholar: South Africa 2005

I will be Visiting Professor of Law and Education at the University of Pretoria where I will be teaching in the areas of School Law, Sports Law, and Special Education Law. In addition, during my six months at the University of Pretoria, I will be investigating rights under the South African Constitution, collaborating with South African faculty in several publishing ventures related to comparative legal issues in our two countries, presenting some workshops to educational practitioners on legal topics, and assisting doctoral students interested in legal subjects for their dissertations.
