As advertised, students practiced SAS on the computer as they learned.

We are pleased to announce that the two-day SAS workshop held on October 8th and October 15th was a success! There was an overwhelming interest, with a total of 36 students awarded a certification of completion.

The workshop was taught by Dr. Rom, a professor for the Department of Operations and Supply Chain Management at Cleveland State University. During the workshop, students were able to sharpen their business and analytical skills in association with SAS, covering concepts such as:

• updating and retrieving data;
• analyzing data and generating reports; and
• using other various specialized procedures which are a part of SAS.

There was also a guest lecture from Brad Eichhorn, PMP, of Bredle Enterprises, Inc. and VitalPM, who gave attendees some insight as to how SAS is used in the field of Project Management.
