We would like to congratulate Christopher Pokorny, our OSM Web Designer, for graduating as Valedictorian of his class on May 14, 2011. He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science (BSCIS). He also received his minor in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
Chris plans to continue his studies here at Cleveland State University next fall, as part of the Accelerated 4+1 Program. He will graduate with his Master of Science in Computer and Information Science (MSCIS) in Spring 2012.
Chris’ interests include playing baseball, football, and basketball regularly, and he is a major fan of all Cleveland sports teams. He especially enjoys watching and analyzing the Cleveland Browns daily on his locally renowned Browns blog, Dawgs By Nature. Chris’ other interests include drawing comics, watching great science fiction television shows such as LOST and Fringe, and writing editorial pieces.
Since joining us in April 2010, Chris has been a fundamental part of the OSM department, and has made substantial contributions. With his significant knowledge of computers and website development, along with his creative eye, Chris has helped us build an exceptional departmental website from scratch and has designed many promotional brochures and flyers.
We are incredibly proud of Chris’ outstanding achievements. Congratulations Chris!
