Students at the Phoenix Coffee Roastery.

On Friday, June 15, Operations and Supply Chain Management students traveled to the Phoenix Coffee Roastery in Cleveland, Ohio as part of the North East Ohio Supply Chain Tours. At the Roastery, Phoenix Coffee roasts coffee beans imported from locations around the world, including Sumatra, India, Brazil, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Columbia, New Guinea, and Tanzania. The roasted beans are packaged and distributed to local and national wholesale accounts including restaurants and businesses.
