A Midsummer Night’s Dream*

Written by William Shakespeare
This production will be the department’s debut on the Allen Theatre Main Stage. This play surrounds four young Athenian lovers and a group of 6 amateur actors, who are manipulated by the fairies who inhabit the forest in which most of the play is set. Directed by Theatre and Dance Department Chair, Dr. Michael Mauldin, it is one of Shakespeare's most popular works for the stage.

Keyboard Conversations 25th Anniversary Concert

As a special “thank you” to the greater Cleveland community for its support of Keyboard Conversations over the last 25 years, Jeffrey Siegel is offering a FREE one hour family concert on NOVEMBER 11, 2012 at 3:00 p.m.

This special concert, MUSIC FOR THE YOUNG AND YOUNG AT HEART performed without intermission, is designed for music lovers from 6 to 106, and will feature entertaining short pieces including Flight of the Bumblebee, The Diary of a Fly and others meant to delight the ear and stimulate the imagination. Admission is free, but reservations are suggested: g.kish@csuohio.edu.

A punch and cookie reception with Mr. Siegel will follow the concert. We look forward to meeting your friends, children and grandchildren at this happy anniversary concert!
