Students should review the following scholarship eligibility requirements:

• must be admitted to CSU prior to being awarded a scholarship,
• must be enrolled in a degree-granting program and pursuing their first bachelor's degree and
• must be a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen as defined by the U.S. Department of Education

Students should file a FAFSA annually, but the form is not required to be considered for merit based scholarships.
