FAQ's: Once the decision had been made

Once Accepted

I was admitted. Now what do I do?
After you have received confirmation that you were admitted to CSU, please wait for a Welcome Packet to arrive. In this packet you will receive your admission letter, I-20, and a Welcome letter. It will also give you information about arrival, housing, and orientation.

Immigration/Visa Issues

How do I transfer to Cleveland State University? I have an I-20 from another university?
The Center for International Services and Programs provides information on this topic. The e-mail address is cispcsu2@csuohio.edu.

How do I ask an urgent immigration question?
You should contact the International Student Advisor (ISA), whose job it is to answer immigration questions. The International Graduate Admissions Office does not answer immigration related inquiries. If you want to contact ISA, the e-mail address is: intadvisor@csuohio.edu.
