Announcing engage365
CSU's New Email System
Changes Coming to Faculty & Staff Email
Over summer 2013, CSU faculty and staff email accounts (Webmail & Deskmail) will move to the new engage365 email system. This cloud-based service from Microsoft provides many inherent benefits to both you and the University such as ease of use, broad accessibility, security, privacy, and 24/7 availability. Additional features such as instant messaging, video chat, and online document viewing & editing will also be made available in the near future.
The Basics for Faculty and Staff:
- Your current email address (@csuohio.edu) will not change
- Your current Desk/Webmail email messages, calendar entries, contacts and contact lists will be moved to engage365
- Your Desk/Webmail account will remain accessible in read only mode until the end of term Fall 2013
Note: Now is a good time to clean up old folders and old email that are no longer needed. See University Records and Retention policy.

System Requirements:
- PC: Windows 7+ (or higher) with Internet Explorer 8+, Mozilla Firefox 10+, or Microsoft Outlook 2007+
- Mac: OS X 10.6+ (or higher) with Apple Safari 5+, or Microsoft Outlook 2008+ for Mac
