Emergencies

To report all campus emergencies (police, fire, medical, hazardous materials) dial 9-1-1 or 8-9-1-1 from any campus telephone. Also, most CSU phones have a dedicated "911" button on the upper right corner of the phone. Pushing this button provides instant direct contact to a CSU Police Dispatcher. Cell phone users should dial 9-1-1 and tell the operator to connect them with CSU Police. Cleveland State University recommends specific procedures to be followed in the event of an emergency. Emergency announcements are also available by calling 687-2000.
