On Friday, May 13, as part of Commencement Weekend, Cleveland State University will inaugurate a new tradition for celebrating and supporting student scholarships. Radiance, CSU Realizing the Promise is an opportunity for faculty, staff, alumni, friends and the Greater Cleveland community to come together in support of our students and the scholarships that enable them to change their lives through higher education.

Radiance, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Student Center, will be a business attire cocktail/hors d'oeuvres reception with a short program and replaces the Moses Cleaveland black-tie event. Faculty and staff tickets are $75 and student tickets are $35 - a substantial savings over the general ticket price of $125. Individual sponsorships also are available.

Throughout my career, I have found great joy in seeing the smiles on faces of students who have been provided opportunity through scholarships. Scholarships truly change lives and are key to attracting promising students to CSU and giving them the tools to succeed and graduate. As donors, we are privileged to invest in the future of our students and our institution.
