To register complete and return the registration form and fee, along with a copy of your current class schedule (CSU students) and a copy of your CSU Viking Card (CSU faculty and staff) to:

Registration is open for CSU students, faculty and staff and also the general community. If there is no opening in your child's age group, your registration form will be kept on file until a space is available for your child.

Registration Fee

There is a $35 per child non-refundable/non-transferrable registration fee.

Note
Enrollment is contingent on space availability. Completion of the registration form does not guarantee space availability. There is a waiting list for all age groups; however, the length is dependant on the classroom. Please contact the Director at 216-802-3330 or s.swarner@csuohio.edu to schedule a tour.  Tours must be scheduled ahead of time.
