Registration authorizes an individual to park on University property. Registration and possession of a valid hangtag DO NOT guarantee the holder a specific parking space. It provides the individual the opportunity to park within the area designated for specific type of hangtag.

Who Must Register

In order to park in any Cleveland State University lot or garages, students, faculty, staff, vendors and contractors are required to register their vehicles and obtain a parking hangtag from the Department of Parking & Transportation Services. Parking hangtags will not be issued to any individuals having parking fines and/or outstanding obligations which are unpaid. Unregistered vehicles are restricted to parking only in facilities that permit visitor parking.

How to Register

Students
Log on to your CampusNet account and click on the Parking tab. Students may charge Pre paid parking hangtags to their student accounts or pay by credit card

Faculty/Staff
On line purchases may be made with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover through your CampusNet account. To pay via monthly payroll deduction, you must select the payroll deduction option along with your preferred hangtag type on CampusNet.

Adjunct and Part time Faculty
Adjunct and part time faculty are not eligible for payroll deduction. You must have a CSU ID number before registering your vehicle and verification of employment is required. The following types of verification are required: ID card, contract, and/or letter of employment verification from department when registering your vehicle.

Vendor/Contractor
Complete a registration form and provide identification.
