Cayuse IRB Registration

Any researchers who would like to log in to Cayuse IRB who are currently unable to do so should fill out the form below (log in with your CSU credentials here to view the registration form). You will receive an update about your account status within 2-3 days.

Note: If you are a faculty member trying to register multiple students at once, or if you are having difficulty with the form, you may still contact cayuseirb@csuohio.edu to register. Be sure to provide all of the following information: Name, CSU email address, CSU ID #, and whether you should be categorized as faculty, staff, student, or other.
