Clinical-Bioanalytical Chemistry, PhD

Format: On Campus

Develop expertise in analytical chemistry and its application to various biomedical areas. Gain hands-on experience to conduct research in areas like biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmaceutical science and the synthesis of novel organic and inorganic molecules.

Coaching Certificate
Coaching Certificate

Format: On Campus

Develop the necessary tactical skills and knowledge to become a successful coach in youth, adolescent and young adult sports. Gain a strong foundation in nutrition, coaching essentials, principles of strength and conditioning, and the legal and administrative aspects of physical education and sport. In addition, you'll be able to specialize your training in your chosen sport and gain practical experience through the Coaching Practicum. The certificate program consists of 17-19 credit hours.

Communication Minor
Communication Minor

Format: On Campus

No matter your major, the communication minor can develop the soft skills that are highly sought after in various professional settings. The minor consists of 18 credit hours. Students who major in Journalism and Promotional Communication must take four additional communication courses.

Deepen your understanding of human communication disorders and the role of speech-language pathologists and audiologists in their diagnosis and treatment. This minor can complement a range of majors, as well as prepare you for graduate programs and careers in healthcare, education and research. The minor consists of 18 credit hours.

Study the in-depth science of speech and hearing, communication disorders and related subjects to prepare for a career in speech-language pathology or audiology. Tailor your education with specialized courses in areas such as American Sign Language, speech and language development, and aural rehabilitation. Engage in research projects and clinical practicums to practice what you???ve learned.
