Gain the expertise to help other adults reach their educational goals in a variety of settings, including, but not limited to, technical/vocational colleges; proprietary schools; four-year colleges; literacy, ABE and GED programs; and training programs within healthcare, business and industrial settings. The certificate program consists of 15 credit hours.

Real Estate and Property Management Certificate
Real Estate and Property Management Certificate

Format: Online

Gain the skills to become a successful real estate associate and/or property manager. The courses in this certificate program will prepare you for the Ohio Real Estate Licensure Exam, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM). The certificate program consists of 12 credit hours.

Develop the therapeutic tools needed to use music as a treatment for individuals with cognitive, behavioral, communicative, social/emotional, physical or spiritual needs. This program prepares you to sit for the National Music Therapy Board certification exam administered by the Certification Board of Music Therapists.
