Gain the expertise to help other adults reach their educational goals in a variety of settings, including, but not limited to, technical/vocational colleges; proprietary schools; four-year colleges; literacy, ABE and GED programs; and training programs within healthcare, business and industrial settings. The certificate program consists of 15 credit hours.

Gain an understanding of healthcare operations, policies, finance and ethics. You'll have an opportunity to engage in an internship, which can lead to job placement in your area of interest.

Designed for the student who seeks primarily professional training. Immerse yourself in music theory, musicianship, instrumental/voice skills and music history. Customize your learning to align with your goals through a selection of unique elective tracks. Further develop your skills through participation in concerts, recitals, seminars, master classes and workshops.

Dive into a comprehensive curriculum that blends engineering principles with biological sciences to address complex challenges in healthcare and medicine. Engage in research projects, design experiments and collaborate with industry partners to gain hands-on experience. Designed for students who are underrepresented in medicine and interested in a career in urban primary care, this certificate program gives you the foundation to gain acceptance to, and ultimately excel in medical school. Students who are admitted to the program complete an undergraduate Urban Health Certificate (minimum of 19 credits including eight credits of urban health, eight credits of clinical science and three credits of professional development courses) while also completing the science prerequisites needed for medical school.
