Euclid Avenue Development Corporation (EADC)

The Euclid Avenue Development Corporation (EADC) is a Nonprofit/501(c)(3) corporation created to support Cleveland State University by facilitating CSU interest with financing, acquiring, and operating certain auxiliary facilities including Student Housing and Parking. The Corporation is also responsible for leasing retail space to commercial tenants in The Edge and Langston, as well as subleasing CSU property to third-party tenants (e.g., RTA Transit Center, Law School Incubator, 1901 E.13th St.).

CSU/EADC Memorandum of Outstanding (MOU) allows CSU to perform administrative and operational services for EADC:

    • Accounting
    • Financial Reporting
    • Banking
  • Facilities Services
    • Construction
    • Maintenance/Repairs
    • Janitorial
    • Establishes protocols for quarterly reporting to CSU Board of Trustees
