K-12 Education and Workforce Readiness

In a “future of work” focused world, it is essential that our K-12 educators are equipped to help their students not only with academic knowledge and post-secondary preparation but also with the skills needed for workforce readiness. Our professional development workshops provide educators with the tools to integrate career preparedness and workforce training into their classrooms. These workshops cover critical areas such as digital literacy, collaboration, and problem-solving, ensuring that educators can help students develop the competencies necessary to succeed in both higher education and the workforce. Through practical training, we support educators in aligning their teaching with the demands of the modern job market.

By participating in CSU’s professional development programs, educators can confidently integrate academic, civic preparation, and workforce readiness into their teaching, ensuring that students are ready for the challenges of the future.
