WIOA: For Learners and OhioMeansJobs Career Navigators

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding may be available for eligible students pursuing approved workforce training programs. Students should work with their local workforce agency or OhioMeansJobs center to determine eligibility and funding approval.

OhioMeansJobs Career Navigators

For CSU Continuing and Extended Education programs, Nancy Pratt is the primary contact for program cost projections, tuition documentation, and training information needed for WIOA review. Career navigators may request cost details and program information directly from CSU to support the student approval process.

WIOA Application Status

After CSU receives a cost projection request from OhioMeansJobs and returns the completed information, enrollment approval may take up to three weeks or more. Students should contact the OhioMeansJobs career navigator assisting with their funding application for updates on application status.
