Departments sending outgoing mail can write their Fund, Department, Program, & Class number in the top right corner of the envelope and the Mail Services team will charge the postage cost back to the department. They will use the account code 0570 when charging for postage. Any other postage questions call (216) 687-3586 or (216) 687-2009.
