Sponsored Student Letter Request

Most of the letters you may need to submit to your embassy or sponsor—such as a study plan, approval for online course enrollment, confirmation of academic progress, or degree completion verification—are issued by your college.

FERPA Release Form Submission

All sponsored students must submit a FERPA Release Form if they want to authorize CISP to provide their sponsors with requested academic information.

Please follow these steps:

1. Download and complete the FERPA Release Form.
2. Save the completed form to your computer or take a clear picture of it.
3. Log in to the CISP Portal using your CSU credentials.
4. Click “Control Center” near the upper-right corner of the page.
5. On the next screen, select “FERPA Release Form Submission.”
6. Upload your completed FERPA form and submit the submission request.
