The Master of Nonprofit Management (MNM) is a two-year degree designed to prepare students with knowledge of core management functions and competencies such as fundraising, financial management, human resource management, philanthropy, proposal writing, program development, program evaluation and applied management.

Gain a comprehensive appreciation of various branches of philosophy, including political philosophy, symbolic logic, philosophy of law, and social and political philosophy. Deepen your studies with the option to participate in the Honors Program, which allows you to engage in independent research projects and take specialized courses.

Designed for educators with a Principal or Administrative Specialist License and three years of experience in school administration. With a curriculum encompassing courses on Legal and Policy Issues in Education, Special Education Law, School Business Management and The School Superintendency, you will be prepared to oversee programs for various age groups.

After successfully completing two online courses, students can apply to the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board for a Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant (CDCA) professional endorsement in preparation for a job as a recovery coach.
