April Showers Bring Womens’ Powers
With a little over a week left in Women’s History Month, CSU punctuates an active calendar of events with the announcement of a powerful April 'Summit,' featuring two University leaders
The Plain Dealer’s Women’s Summit, presented by Cleveland State University, brings together female leaders from across Greater Cleveland for a day full of networking, mentorship and inspiration. The event, now in its fourth iteration, will take place on Thursday, April 20 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. in the CSU Student Center. Breakfast and registration will begin at 8 a.m.
The Women’s Summit will have a wide range of speakers along with several panel discussions on the main stage; breakout sessions will focus on three unique categories: Growth, Opportunity and Self.
WKYC Channel 3 anchor-reporter at Danielle Wiggins will serve as the host and emcee. CSU’s Stephanie Brooks, Ph.D., LCSW, LMFT, Dean, College of Health, and Tachelle Banks, Ph.D., Presidential Faculty Fellow and Associate Provost for Academic Innovation will serve as Roundtable Conversation Hosts.
