Celebrating Cities: Panel Discussion on the Value of Cities and Placemaking
Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affair’s are cosponsoring “Celebrating Cities: Panel Discussion on the Value of Cities and Placemaking” Tuesday, April 23.
Held in front of the Celebrating Cities Photography Exhibit, this event will host a panel of special guests who will discuss the value of cities and placemaking. Panelists include Nelson Beckford, Jennie Jones, Steve Litt, Greg Peckham and Judy Rawson.
The event, which is free and open to the public, begins at 5:00 p.m. in the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Rawson Learning Commons.
Beckford is the program director of Neighborhood Revitalization and Engagement for the Cleveland Foundation, Jones is a premier photographer of the city of Cleveland, Litt is the art and architecture critic at the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Peckham is the executive director of LAND STUDIO and Rawson is the former mayor of Shaker Heights as well as a noted photographer of cities.
