New registration system will give students greater control over scheduling

CLEVELAND – When priority registration opens on March 26, 2012 CSU will become the first state university in Ohio to offer multi-semester registration.

Degree seeking students will now be able to register for Fall, Spring and Summer semesters simultaneously. This will increase the ability of students to plan ahead when charting the course to their degree. The billing schedule will remain the same, and students are not required to register for more than one semester at a time.

“Multi-semester registration will give students a new level of control over their schedule,” said CSU Registrar, Janet Stimple. “Now that access to required courses is easier than ever, they can better focus on their assignments.”

Multi-semester registration is just part of an ongoing campaign by CSU to enhance student success. These efforts include the All-in-1 student services center, which provides a central location to answer questions, resolve support issues and empower students to manage their academic life.
