Public Meeting Notice: Cleveland State University Board of Trustees, Adjacent Committee Meetings to be held on November 16-17

The Cleveland State University Board of Trustees will meet on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 and Thursday, November 17, 2022. 

The Academic Affairs and Student Success Committee will meet on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 8:00am. In accordance with legislation and the Bylaws of the Cleveland State University Board of Trustees, this meeting will be fully virtual and the public session will be available via livestream which can be accessed here.

The Financial Affairs Committee and the full Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, November 17, 2022. A detailed schedule of the meetings is posted here. The meetings will be held in the West Wing on the fourth floor of the Gerald H. Gordon Conference Pavilion of the Wolstein Center, 2000 Prospect Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio. Some trustees and presenters may participate virtually in accordance with legislation and the Bylaws of the Cleveland State University Board of Trustees. The public sessions of these meetings will be available via livestream which can be accessed here.

Members of the Board of Trustees have also been invited to attend a dinner the evening of Wednesday, November 16, 2022. This is a social event and no board business will be conducted. Notice of this event is being given as a quorum of the Board may be present.
