CSU Discusses Commercial Real Estate Feb. 25

Cleveland State University’s Levin College of Urban Affairs will host a talk by David Browning entitled “Commercial Real Estate: 2018 Review/2019 Outlook” during their Levin Morning Briefing on Monday, Feb. 25.

Browning will discuss national trends and their impact on real estate conditions in Northeast Ohio. The lecture’s discussion topics will include property investment and office, retail and industrial real estate.

The lecture, which is free and open to the public, begins at 9 a.m. in the Levin College of Urban Affairs’ Bonda Room. Registration is requested.

Browning is the managing director and Northeast Ohio market leader of CBRE, Inc., a commercial real estate services and investment firm. During the past 30 years, he has helped to create one of the largest and most diverse commercial real estate organizations in Northeast Ohio.

Browning was the 1996 President of the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors and 1998 chairman of the Commercial Council of the Ohio Association of Realtors.He is a member of the Real Estate Advisory Group for the Downtown Cleveland Alliance and the Realtors Professional Standards Committee.
