CSU Earns Praise for Marketing, Alumni Relations Initiatives
Alumni and student engagement programs receive honors from Council for the Advancement of Education
Cleveland State University was recognized as producing best-in-class alumni relations, marketing and communications programs, earning four medals in the Pride of CASE District V competition.
CASE is the Council for the Advancement of Education, an industry association with members from more than 3,600 colleges and universities. Its awards recognize excellence in programs that promote student recruitment, reputation building and alumni engagement.
Entries from CSU took home gold medals in the Best New Alumni Program category for the “Passport Cleveland” program and in Excellence in Design for brochures with the 2013-2014 new student welcome kit. The University also earned two bronze Excellence in Design Awards for its ENGAGE poster series and 2013-2014 ENGAGE newsletter. A full listing of awards is available online at www.casefive.org.
The CASE District V competition includes public and private universities from Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
