CSU Efforts Recognized by Downtown Cleveland Alliance
The Downtown Cleveland Alliance presented Cleveland State University President Ronald N. Berkman with the 2014 Ruth Ratner Miller Award in recognition of CSU’s efforts to advance and enhance downtown Cleveland.
President Berkman accepted the award — given in memory of Ruth Rather Miller, a well-known public servant and Cleveland advocate — on behalf of CSU and the University’s many partners.
“It is great to be in Cleveland,” President Berkman said. “It is great to be a Viking. The thing that has distinguished Cleveland compared to the other cities where I have lived and studied is the investment this community has in the University.”
