CSU Forum: What’s Life Like for an Entrepreneur?
Serial Entrepreneur Jeff Hoffman provides insights on entrepreneurship
Jeff Hoffman, serial entrepreneur from Priceline.com one of the world’s largest e-commerce companies, will headline a public forum at Cleveland State University on what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur. The event, which will be moderated by Alexandria Johnson Boone, President and CEO of GAP Communications Group, a full-service marketing, PR firm, will present Hoffman’s insights on entrepreneurship, running a company and transitioning from a start-up into a successful business enterprise. The forum will be held from 3 pm to 4:30 pm, Tuesday, August 1 in CSU’s Monte Ahuja College of Business, Room 118. Seating is limited. Hoffman is the co-author of Scale: Seven Proven Principles to Grow Your Business and Get Your Life Back and currently serves on the board of directors of the Global Entrepreneurship Network and the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Startup Initiative.
In addition to running her own business for 23 years, Boone is the founder of the Women of Color Foundation, an organization founded in 2002, to provide leadership, career and entrepreneurial development & training programs for women and girls of all colors.
