CSU Graduates Have Second-Lowest Student Debt in Ohio

Statewide average debt is 16 percent higher

Students who graduated last year with a bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University had the second-lowest student debt among graduates of Ohio public four-year institutions, according to The Institute for College Access & Success (TICAS).

A new TICAS report, Student Debt and the Class of 2016, found that CSU graduates carried an average student debt of $25,504 at graduation. This was 16 percent below the statewide average debt of $30,351.
