The Galleries @ CSU launches The First Exhibition at New Home on Euclid Ave. Sept. 7-Oct. 20

THE FIRST EXHIBITION
The inaugural exhibition of Cleveland State University's new art gallery, now called The Galleries @ CSU

This exhibit celebrates the first CSU faculty group show in 15 years. The First Exhibition will include recent works in all media by Studio Art Faculty as well as past and present teaching staff.

Artists include Irina Koukhanova, Qian Li, George Mauersberger, Ken Nevadomi, Russ Revock, Mark Slankard, Robert Thurmer, Michael Gentile, Stephanie Craig, Terry Clark, Catherine Rozmarynowycz, Nancy Halbrook, and Janet Mikolajczyk.

In addition, JENNY JONES: A photographic legacy for Cleveland State University will be on view- an exhibition of selected works by celebrated Cleveland photographer Jennifer Jones.

When: Opening reception on Friday, September 7 from 5-8 pm
Free and open to the public

Gallery hours: M-T by appointment, W-TH 10 am-5 pm, F 10 am-8 pm, Sat noon- 8 pm

The exhibit runs through October 20.

Celebrate The Galleries @ CSU's new venue in the heart of the University's recently launched Arts Campus at PlayhouseSquare. The Galleries feature three distinct exhibition spaces, a multi-purpose media space, a resource library, a meeting area, as well as state-of-the-art lighting, surround sound and new-media capabilities.
