ICYMI: Summer Dining Hours Now in Effect at CSU

As we approach the summer months, Viking Food Co. is here to keep you fueled! Below are the hours of operation for select dining locations from May 11 through Aug. 16.

Chick-fil-A:
Monday: 10:30 a.m.–6 p.m.
Tuesday – Friday: 10:30 a.m.–3 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Market on Euclid:
Daily: 4 a.m.–2 a.m.

Starbucks:
Monday– Friday: 7:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Viking Public House:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday – Saturday: Noon–9 p.m.

All other dining locations will be closed for the summer and during the following University holidays:

Memorial Day – Monday, May 25
Juneteenth – Friday, June 19
Independence Day – (observed Thursday, July 3)
