Kyle Kondik Explores the Ohio/White House Connection
The Buckeye State’s uncanny knack for selecting the president of the United States will be the topic of a talk by Kyle Kondik at 7 p.m. Friday, February 26, in Cleveland State University’s Main Classroom Auditorium.
Kondik, a native of Independence, Ohio, is managing editor of the University of Virginia Center for Politics newsletter Sabato’s Crystal Ball and author of the forthcoming book The Bellwether: Why Ohio Picks the President. Following his presentation at CSU, a panel of experts will assess the importance of Ohio to presidential politics.
The event, which is free and open to the public, is the first installment of the new “Politically Speaking” series, presented by CSU, Baldwin Wallace University, Case Western Reserve University, Cuyahoga Community College, Kent State University and John Carroll University.
