Omni Quartet to Perform April 15 at CSU

The Omni Quartet will perform at 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, in Cleveland State University’s Drinko Recital Hall, located in the Music and Communications Building, 2001 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland.

The program includes:

Mendelssohn - String Quartet No.2 in A Minor Op. 13
Beethoven - String Quartet No. 15 in A Minor Op. 132

Founded five years ago, the Omni Quartet is comprised of Cleveland Orchestra members Amy Lee (violin), Alicia Koelz (violin), Joanna Patterson Zakany (viola) and Tanya Ell (cello).

The concert, which is free and open to the public, is part of CSU’s Dr. John A. Flower Faculty Concert Series. It will be simulcast on WCLV FM 104.9.

NOTE: The Amici Quartet, originally scheduled to perform on this date, will not appear because of illness.
