The Executive Committee of the Cleveland State University Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, December 21, at 10:30 a.m. In accordance with state legislation and the Bylaws of the Cleveland State University Board of Trustees, this meeting will be fully virtual, and the public session will be available via livestream, which can be accessed here. The Committee will recess into executive session to discuss trade secret information required by law to be kept confidential, and it is anticipated that the entirety of the meeting will be in executive session.
