Rockley Family Foundation 2023 Piano, Digital Piano and Violin Sale

The Cleveland State University School of Music has had the use of new first-class pianos and digital pianos on a no-cost basis for the 2022-2023 school year. This arrangement is provided through a partnership with the Rockley Family Foundation, a nonprofit that supports music education.

These instruments, as well as ones provided to other institutions, will be sold at a significant discount from retail pricing to perpetuate this valuable program and provide resources to the School of Music.

A large selection of grand pianos, baby grand pianos, digital player grands, vertical (upright) pianos, digital pianos, violins, violas and cellos will be available. This event will feature starter- to professional instruments from such famous makers as Yamaha, Bösendorfer, Seiler, Estonia, Pramberger, Disklavier, Clavinova, Stravari Fine Violins, a discrete selection of vintage Steinway & Sons pianos, and many others.

Most instruments are less than one-year old, include a new factory warranty, are tuned, and are ready to go. Delivery and special no-interest financing are available on-site. Moreover, in most cases, a “substantial portion” of your purchase is considered a charitable contribution to the Rockley Family Foundation and may be TAX DEDUCTIBLE.*

BY APPOINTMENT: You are invited to attend a special “private sale” on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, May 18 - 20, along with our faculty and staff. This will allow you to purchase with priority in selection and price reductions. To secure a time, please call 216-905-8261.

This event will be held on campus in the Music and Communications Building, 2001 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44115. Cleaning and social distancing protocols will be implemented to provide a safe environment for this sale. For directions and protocol details (including “virtual appointment” options) please call or visit: www.RockleyFamilyFoundation.org/CSUOhio

In a time where creative solutions are needed to maintain a properly equipped music program, this program is important to us in our efforts to further education in the arts. We invite you to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.
