Student Success: CSU's Keglovic, Ohio Export Internship Program

Published on

In this Student Success Stories video, we hear from Monte Ahuja College of Business student Rosalina Keglovic and her employer about her experience in the Ohio Export Internship program.

Cleveland State University is the third university to participate in the Ohio Export Internship program, which is provided by the Ohio Department of Development.

Designed to help companies that are looking to export for the first time or improve their current export initiatives, the program provides a 50% reimbursement for the intern's wages and connection to highly motivated students who have already taken export-focused coursework.

Thanks to the program, Keglovic is engaged in assisting her electric-ATV producing employer in navigating the complex world of transnational commerce. The International Business major is immersed in the ABC’s of real-world export experience on the daily—Ad Valorem Rates, Bills of Entry, Certificates of Origin, and so on. To hear her tell it, Keglovic loves what she’s doing and you can, too.
