Parking

In order to park in any Cleveland State University parking lot or garage, students, faculty and staff are required to purchase a parking permit or pay the hourly parking rate at a visitor parking location.  To obtain a permit, CSU employees must register their vehicles and obtain a parking permit from the Department of Parking & Transportation Services. The Department of Parking Services &

Transportation Services is located in the Euclid Commons Building, Room 160, 2402 Euclid Avenue; phone: 216.687.2023 and email parking@csuohio.edu.

Parking permits are also available for purchase online. The Parking Services home page is available as a link at the bottom of the CSU home page or as a link on the myCSU home page. You can purchase a permit and pay outstanding  citations online by credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Discover). Please note fall semester permits are available for purchase beginning 8/1.

You must have a CSU Viking Card ID before purchasing a parking permit. If you have not yet received your CSU Viking Card ID, a signed employment contract and/or letter of employment verification from department may be used to purchase a permit and register your vehicle in the Parking Office. However, you will need to contact the Parking Office after receiving your CSU Viking Card ID so that the CSU Viking Card ID can be used to access the gated parking garages.
