Payment Due Dates

Summer 2026:  

PAYMENT IS DUE MONDAY, MAY 11, 2026

Payment in full is required by the posted due date. We understand that this can be financially difficult, especially if your courses do not begin according to the standard academic calendar or during the summer when multiple sessions are occurring simultaneously. For these reasons, we offer a Budget Payment Plan. The due dates listed are fixed for the entire year.  Payment due dates are not changed because of a holiday or break period.  For your convenience, consider making your payments online.

Payment Plan Due Dates

Employer Reimbursement Payment Plan

Students who have correctly made an initial payment and submitted their employer verification documents have a final payment due date 4 weeks after the last date of academic instruction.

• Summer 2026 - September 7, 2026
• Fall 2026 - January 4, 2027
• Spring 2027 - May 31, 2027
• Summer 2027 - September 6, 2027

Veteran Student Payment Plan

Students who have submitted their Veteran certification documents have until the final due date of the semester to pay their account in full.  **NEW** Students should enroll in the VA Payment Plan via the Payment Portal.  Your account balance must be paid in full by the dates below:

• Fall 2026 - November 24, 2026
• Spring 2027 - April 11, 2027
• Summer 2027 - July 17, 2027
