Fall 2022 Move-In Check List

1. Verify your student account balance and make your payments by using CampusNet.
   • For Fall 2022, payment in full is due before Monday, August 22, 2022.
   • An alternative is to enroll in the Budget Payment Plan. We can incorporate Your housing, tuition, course fees, parking hangtag and miscellaneous fees can be incorporated into your monthly payments. Enroll online through CampusNet. Make your initial payment and then it's just a few clicks to enroll (go to the Account tab, then the Payment Plan tab on CampusNet). 
   • Who can answer questions about my CSU student account? Campus 411 All-in-1 Enrollment Services is a one stop student services center that can assist you with any questions regarding your admission, academic record, financial aid, registration, and student account. Their office is located in Berkman Hall Room 116. You can also reach their Specialists by calling (216) 687-5411 or via email at allin1@csuohio.edu.
2. Complete All Financial Aid Requirements
   • Navigating the financial aid process from start to finish can be confusing. To ensure that you have completed all the necessary steps for completing your financial aid requirements, we strongly encourage students to visit the Financial Aid website for step-by-step instructions.  
   • We also strongly encourage students to refer to the Financial Aid Award Letter Guide for important information.
   • All financial aid questions can be answered by Campus 411 All-in1 Enrollment Services via the contact information provided in the previous checklist item.
3. Complete Required Health Insurance & Immunization Form by August 15 (New Residential Students)
   • Log onto Housing Self-Service and submit your Health Insurance & Immunization Form.
   • Click on "Apps & Forms" and click "Health Insurance & Immunization Form"
   • Be sure to complete page one (agreement) and page 2 (required information).
   • All new residential students will need to complete this requirement. This includes incoming first-year students, transfer students and upper division student who is new to living on campus.
4. Submit Your Viking ID Card Photo by August 15  
   • If you have not already done so, you will need to upload and submit your photo to the Viking Card Office so your Viking Card can be created accordingly. Step-by-step instructions can be found here.
   • You will need your Viking ID Card for meals and to access your residential community.
5. Secure Your Residential Student Parking Pass
   • If you will have a vehicle on campus, be sure to secure your residential student parking pass. Start the process here on the On Campus Resident Parking webpage.

Important Dates to Remember

• Receive Your Housing Assignment on August 9
• First Year Students Move-In on August 25 & August 26
• Returning Students Move-In on August 26 & August 27
• Magnus Fest for Incoming Students is on August 27
• Review and/or Update Your Meal Plan (deadline to change is September 9)
