Chooses Ohio First Lower Division Programs

The Choose Ohio First program has both lower and upper division programs for scholarship recipients.  Incoming freshman and certain transfer students accepted to the program, will be placed into one of the following two lower division programs to support them as they begin their educational journey at Cleveland State University.
