Steering Committee
For Phase II of the Organizational Resilience/Financial Stability process, CSU has retained the consulting firm EY-Parthenon, who can provide additional support and extensive experience in navigating such matters in higher education. A steering committee that includes both members of the CSU Board of Trustees and the Senior Leadership Team has been charged with coordinating EY-Parthenon's engagement with the campus community.

Planning Group
For Phase I of the Organizational Resilience/Financial Stability process, President Bloomberg charged a miltidisciplinary team of faculty and staff to make recommendations in four key areas:
- immediate strategis for cost containment
- short-term, non-recurring strategis to close FY24 budget deficit
- Mid-to-longer term strategis to reduce recurring expenses that may require time to implement
- recommendations for strategic investments that carry a high likelihood of generating significant revenue
