Immigration Document Process

a

You’re almost ready to start your first semester—there's just a few required steps to complete first.

All new F-1 students must:

  1. Update your local U.S. address in CampusNet ASAP once you arrive (required to maintain F-1 status)

  2. Upload immigration documents in the CISP Portal. All documents must be clear and legible. Once reviewed and approved, your INR course registration hold will be removed from your student account.
  3. Attend required sessions:
    • International Student Orientation
    • Immigration Document Q&A session

Please note: once these requirements are met, a $100 matriculation fee will be added to your CampusNet account and your INR course registration hold will be removed.

Know Your Responsibilities

As an F-1 student, you must follow all U.S. immigration laws and regulations. Staying informed and compliant is essential—failure to do so can impact your academic plans. Orientation and the CISP Portal will help you understand what’s required to maintain your status.
