Mission

The McNair Scholars Program strives to provide opportunities, support, and career development tools to first-generation college students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and to students from racial and ethnic populations underrepresented in graduate programs. We aspire to provide academically relevant and culturally sensitive services with the goal of achieving equitable outcomes.
