Licensing and Professional Exams

Students should keep in mind that Office of Disability and Testing Services policies only apply to exams created and given by CSU faculty and staff. Exams administered by other organizations, such as professional and licensing exams, have their own procedures and documentation requirements. Students should check with the administrator of any necessary exam (for example, Educational Testing Services, GMAT, MCAT, etc.) for more information. The Testing accommodation webpages for some of these exams follows.

If you need Disability and Testing Services to complete institutional verification or accommodation history forms for your external accommodations request, Please send an e-mail with the form and any relevant information to ods@csuohio.edu. We are only able to list accommodations you received at CSU on the forms we submit. Please give us six weeks to complete the requested information.
