The Beth E. Mooney Center for Transformative Leadership

The world—and Northeast Ohio—are rapidly changing. To thrive in the 21st century, our region needs leaders who are collaborative, innovative, technologically savvy, adaptable and committed to a more equitable and just world. At CSU, we believe leadership development is a critical component of a well-rounded education and a prerequisite for future success. Through a generous gift from KeyBank, CSU established The Beth E. Mooney Center for Transformative Leadership in October 2023.

The Mooney Center brings together leadership expertise, programs and opportunities from across CSU while developing new approaches to leadership education. Through partnerships on campus and in the community, the Center is working to make leadership development a meaningful part of every discipline and accessible to learners at every stage.

The power to transform exists in all of us. It merely needs to be ignited. Contact us to learn more about how CSU can support you, wherever you are on your leadership journey.
