Is Chief Justice Roberts an Originalist?

CSU Law Prof. Forte will argue that the Chief Justice has been making an originalist interpretation that gives priority to Constitutional structure over text and will discuss the Trump immunity ruling in this light (Trump v. United States 603 U.S. 593 2024). CSU Law Professors Moncrieff and Shen will respond.
