Course Missing From Degree Audit

CLASS Foreign Language Requirement

Students who wish to have an intro-level sequence satisfy the CLASS FLR need an academic exception to show this requirement as complete.

This update CANNOT be made while the courses are in progress. Please wait until the courses are graded to request an update.

Repeating Courses

When a student is repeating courses, both the graded course and the in-progress course (repeat) will display on Degree Audit while the repeated attempt is still in progress.

Degree Audit will update once the repeated course is graded and the University's Repeat Course Policy is applied to the record.

Degree Audit can be updated to exclude the original D grade by processing an academic exception.
